Changelog

This changelog records user-facing Arboris alpha scope. It does not list every internal implementation change.

  • Published the public Arboris documentation site for the alpha user workflow.
  • Documented QuickBooks as the active accounting connector.
  • Documented Xero and CSV as coming-soon integration surfaces only.
  • Added guides for Command Center, client workspaces, Analysis, AI Chat, Integrations, Reports, Review Run, Settings, Billing, Trust, FAQ, Support, and public reference boundaries.
  • Added public crawl and LLM endpoints for robots.txt, sitemap-index.xml, llms.txt, and llms-full.txt.

Source trace: Arboris product contract in docs/arborisanalytics.md, current source code behavior, and live public docs deployment evidence recorded in GitLab issue #974.

The current alpha includes:

  • Signup, login, logout, email verification, password reset, and in-app password change.
  • Firm and client hierarchy with a self-client created on signup.
  • Command Center with urgency indicators, saved views, sorting, and quick actions.
  • Client workspaces with Analysis, AI Chat, Integrations, and Reports.
  • QuickBooks OAuth, sync, retry handling, disconnect, and purge.
  • KPI analysis with suppression rules and data-readiness treatment.
  • AI Chat with streamed responses, evidence bundles, confidence tags, refusal rules, and guided prompts.
  • Full Financial Review PDF export with section selection and export history metadata.
  • Guided Review Run workflow with readiness checks, Review Brief, Report Draft, export, and reviewed status.
  • Settings for firm profile, logo, notifications, password, data export, and account deletion.
  • Billing page with Starter, Core, and Professional plan capacities at $0 in alpha.

The following are intentionally outside alpha:

  • Public programmatic API.
  • Xero and CSV import beyond Coming Soon cards.
  • Client portal.
  • Multi-user firms.
  • SSO and MFA.
  • Mobile apps.
  • Paid production Stripe monetization.
  • Usage-based AI billing.
  • White-label productization beyond current logo and report branding.
  • Cash-flow forecasting products outside the current analysis scope.
  • Daily digest, payment failure, subscription change, and deletion confirmation emails.

Future entries should describe visible product changes, meaningful scope changes, and customer-affecting behavior. Internal deploys, refactors, and operator-only runbook changes belong in the private Arboris source and operations docs instead.
